The deadline for the 2024 Health Insurance Annual Open Enrollment Period is fast approaching!

If you wish to have a January 1, 2024 effective date on your health insurance policy, you need to complete your application / marketplace update prior to December 15, 2023.

As a reminder, you have until no later than January 15, 2024 to complete an application / marketplace update. Any application taken after Dec3ember 15, 2023 will have an effective date of February 1, 2024.

It’s important to reach out to Kelli and her team if anything has changed in the last year – such as income went up or down, adding or dropping dependents, or you want to change your plan all together.

If you don’t do anything, you will roll over to 2024 with your current plan.

To have Kelli and her team review your current policy, we ask you help us help you by completing these three steps:

1) Complete a Health Insurance Questionnaire. This gives the team your background information for their research. It helps speed up the process as well.

2) Complete a Marketplace Authorization & Consent Form.  This is a required step by CMS. We need your written permission to interact with the Marketplace on your behalf.  If you do not have a subsidy, or a marketplace plan, this step is not needed.

3) Schedule time on Kelli’s calendar. You can do this on your smart device(s) or computer.
